ABOUT THE AUTHOR

JAMIE BUXTON is a singer, writer, actor, and a professor of voice and musical theatre. She holds degrees from New York University and the University of Central Oklahoma and contributed to the musical theatre textbook Fifty Key Stage Musicals (Routledge Press, 2022). A member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, she is a student of vocal pedagogy and a collector of interesting vocal teaching metaphors. She hopes you enjoy learning from her favorite images in Rainbow Road: The Little Book of Singing.
